1. Function of oil-water separator

2. Working principle       

The oil-water separator uses the specific gravity difference between oil and water to separate and remove the suspended oil with large particles in oil-water.

The main components of oily wastewater from food processing, meat processing and catering industry are animal and vegetable fats and oils. It is characterized by large molecular particles, which are not easy to dissolve in water and become suspended in water. The equipment uses this suspension principle to realize the separation of oil and water.

3. Design principle       

The oil-water separator adopts a horizontal flow structure. The oily wastewater enters the horizontal flow tank through the sewage body and flows slowly along the horizontal direction.

The oil floats on the water surface, the treated wastewater enters the metal sewage pipe from the advection tank, and the grease is collected in the sewage tank, so as to achieve the effect of oil-water separation.
