Function introduction：

Primary purification: flow sharing dynamic interception purification

       Dynamic current sharing interception and shielding, large oil fume particles and water vapor will condense and separate in the first stage of dynamic interception.

Secondary purification: activated carbon filtration purification

       Effective barrier, double purification, large particles, oil fume and taste.

Tertiary purification: oil mist filtration purification

       Special aviation aluminum material, high and low pressure integrated metal filtering device, high-pressure adsorption of oil fume, low-pressure decomposition of oil fume, physical separation of impurities and grease, so that the lower level purification can achieve full and efficient purification.

Four stage purification: UV photolysis purification

       UV high-energy ultraviolet photolysis oil fume deodorization and purification is a method to transform and decompose the molecular chain structure of oil fume through the principle of photochemical reaction. It is to convert high molecular oil fume into harmless low molecular gas and remove non methane total hydrocarbons, so as to completely purify oil fume and remove the peculiar smell of oil fume.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION 

1. It mainly uses static electricity for adsorption. The electrostatic oil fume purification integrated machine is composed of filter screen + high-voltage electrostatic field + control box and shell (i.e. smoke hood) + built-in UV photolysis module + activated carbon for odor removal, reaching more than 95% purification effect.

2. The oil fume integrated machine is also called the hood type oil fume purifier, that is, the smoke hood and oil fume purifier are combined into one equipment, or the oil fume purifier is installed in the smoke hood to save space.

3. The reason is that there is not enough space to install smoke purifiers in shopping malls or kitchens. For example, there is not enough space for the installation of smoke purifiers in shopping malls, and some places need to install smoke purifiers. 

4. In this case, we need an oil fume purifier, which is to assemble the oil fume purifier in the smoke hood, which saves a lot of space. However, there are requirements for the distance of the kitchen, and the kitchen is required to be at least 3 meters high.

Matters needing attention

1. Please use the power supply of leakage protection device for power supply. The machine is three-phase and four electricity. Please use three-phase electricity. It is forbidden to use two-phase electricity, and the losses caused shall be borne by the user.

2. The purification filter element must be cleaned or replaced once every two months. There is too much oil stain, or the smoke exhaust of the machine is not smooth, the purification effect is reduced, and even fire hazards will be caused in serious cases.

3. Do not use it in the environment with great humidity or steam, so as to avoid short circuit fault caused by moisture or water.

4. The fan is guaranteed for 1 year. (the damage caused by wrong power connection or long-term use in steam environment is not included in the warranty)

Cleaning method

Secondary purification and cleaning:

1. Cut off the power supply and open the access door.

2. Pull out the pretreatment net.

3. Directly replace it with a new one, or soak it in the cleaning tank for 30 minutes, gently clean the oil stain on the Internet, and rinse it thoroughly with clean water.

4. Air dry the pre-treatment net after cleaning.

5. Put the dry pretreatment net back into the hood purifier according to the original position.

Three stage purification cleaning (electric field cleaning):

1. Cut off the power supply, open the access door, discharge with a screwdriver first, and then take out the electric field.

2. Mix caustic soda with water in the ratio of 1:10, completely soak the movement for 30 minutes, take it out, and wash off the oil stain with a high-pressure water gun. If it is not cleaned at one time, it can be cleaned for many times. Remember, do not break and bend the machine chip by hand, which will cause uneven discharge and cause accidents!

3. If it is not clean after cleaning, wash it with water.

4. A small amount of oil pollution still affects the cleaning effect of the electric field (if it is too dry)

5. Put the dry electric field back to the purifier according to the original position, close the access door, and then work again.
