Cake cabinet is an indispensable refrigerated display equipment for cake shop, bakery, supermarket and so on. Like other equipment, it also needs to pay attention to maintenance in daily use, which can not only reduce the failure probability, but also increase the service life of cake. This paper introduces the daily use and maintenance of cake cabinet, mainly in five aspects.

1. In the process of handling and using, the cupboard should be upright as far as possible to avoid tilting and other big angle posture, especially not allowed to fall or roll. Because if the compressor is upside down, the compressor oil will flow back in the pipeline, causing the compressor to be damaged and unable to operate.

2. After transportation and unloading, do not power on immediately. During the transportation of the compressor, the refrigerant will circulate in the pipeline, which is unstable. Generally, it will be powered on 3 to 6 hours after transportation, unloading and placing, so as to ensure the stable operation of the cake cabinet and increase its service life.

3. When placing, pay attention to good ventilation around, and the ambient temperature should not exceed 35 ℃. In use, do not frequently switch cupboard, frequent start, will affect the life of the compressor. Generally, after shutdown, wait for more than 5 minutes to restart.

4. Daily use, try to reduce the number of door opening, open the door to improve the time of access to food, to prevent the loss of air conditioning.

5. If you don't use it for a long time, you should unplug the power supply and clean the inside and outside of the cake cabinet. Generally, you should keep the inside of the cabinet dry before closing the door.
